YOU CAN’T FAKE FASHION
The “You Can’t Fake Fashion” campaign, sponsored by Ebay and the CFDA, kicked off July 12 at the Dream Downtown in NYC. To help stop the ever growing number of knock-off clothing and accessories, many designers including Sophie Theallet, Rachel Roy, Rodarte, The Row and Robert Tagliapietra participated in customizing canvas totes to be sold on Ebay. By evenings end, all bags were sold out. All money went back to the campaign to aid in the fight against fake replica fashion.
